Community Guidelines

• No harassment or bullying. Don't target anyone with repeated unwanted messages, abusive comments, or coordinated pile-ons. Don't stalk, intimidate, or create accounts to evade someone's block.
• No hate speech. Don't attack people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Slurs and hate symbols are not allowed.
• Keep profanity in check. Casual language is fine, but profanity directed at someone to harass or demean them is not. Excessive vulgarity in your username, bio, or avatar is not permitted.
• No doxxing. Never share someone's private information — real name, address, phone number, workplace — without their consent.

• No nudity or sexual content. This includes explicit imagery, sexually suggestive photos, and sexual solicitation — in posts, messages, and profile photos. Exceptions exist for breastfeeding, post-mastectomy, and gender-affirming care content. Album artwork from Spotify or TMDB is not affected.
• No violence or graphic content. Don't share gore, glorify violence, or make threats of harm. Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is not allowed.
• No terrorism or extremism. Content supporting terrorist organizations or acts of mass violence is strictly prohibited.
• No animal cruelty. Content depicting or promoting animal abuse is not allowed.

• Zero tolerance for child exploitation. Any content that sexually exploits minors will be immediately removed, the account permanently banned, and the content reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• No sexualization of minors. Content that sexualizes minors in any way — even if not explicitly sexual — is prohibited.
• No grooming. Adults may not send unsolicited messages to minors they don't follow. Building relationships with minors for the purpose of exploitation is prohibited.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 13 to use Corus. Accounts belonging to users under 13 will be terminated.

• No impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone else — another user, an artist, a brand, or a public figure.
• No deceptive AI content. If you post AI-generated content, don't use it to deceive people into thinking it's real (fake quotes, fabricated events, deepfakes). AI profile photos impersonating real people are not allowed.
• No dangerous misinformation. Don't spread false information that could cause real-world harm, like fake medical advice or election interference.

• No drugs or controlled substances. Don't promote, sell, or solicit illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
• No weapons. Don't sell or promote firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons.
• No gambling or financial scams. Don't promote unregulated gambling, betting, or financial schemes.
• No counterfeit goods. Don't sell or promote counterfeit or stolen products.

• Don't send unsolicited messages or engage in deceptive promotional practices.
• Don't use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our written permission.
• Don't try to manipulate engagement through fake accounts, fake likes, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

• Don't post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Don't use another brand's name or logo to imply endorsement without authorization.

• Use the report button on any post, comment, message, or profile in the app.

What happens when you break the rules:

• First violation: content removal and/or a warning
• Repeated violations: temporary suspension
• Severe or continued violations: permanent ban
• Child exploitation, credible threats, or illegal activity: immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement

Appeals. If you believe we made a mistake, email [email protected] within 30 days with your username and why you think the action was wrong. We'll review and get back to you. Appeals are not available for child exploitation, credible threats of violence, or illegal activity.
